Implement LoggingManager
...
LoggingManager replaces the previous main class logging functionality.
It uses text blocks to add response templates for stdout.

Completely overhaul logging
...
Now uses log4j2 as the default logger.
The output is now colorized and better organized.
The text is also much more readable.
This commit also attempts to fix the /skip issue.
