<p>For the purpose of this document, the following words and phrases

<p>The official AP website would serve the purpose of-</p>

<li>acting as a place to make public announcements;</li>
|

<li>a place to host public AP files, such as passed or proposed

legislation as well as declassified military documents;</li>

<li>serve as an entity to improve public relations and image;</li>

<p>The AP must-</p>

<li>Commission a website to be hosted on https://ap.38.fail;</li>

<li>Officially announce the opening of, and continuously endorse it as,

the official website of the AP;</li>

|
|
|
|
|
<li>Continue to post announcements and changes to legislation on the
|
|
|
|
|

website’s front page;</li>
