Ldrshp In Chem: Mentoring 2

As a senior chemistry mentor, the student will meet and provide leadership for a group of mentors every week. The supervisory sessions will address topics such as facilitation skills, problem-solving skills, coping skills, time-management skills, etc... As a senior chemistry mentor, the student is expected to train and supervise new and returning mentors, as well as helping with other administrative tasks.
