This undergraduate course is an introduction to ethical and legal frameworks currently being applied in the business environment in the United States. The course looks to engage with moral and legal challenges that businesses currently face and may face in the future, such as threats to data privacy and security, issues pertaining to climate justice and environmental sustainability, employee surveillance mediated through digitization, among others.
