Leaders Leading People

BUSN-6320

In this course, students evaluate the formal and informal hierarchical arrangement and culture of the organization relative to its mission and vision and given its geographic dispersion. Students use evaluative tools to make recommendations that improve the arrangement of the organization and to influence culture. Students model the desired culture and develop plans and policies that value the human element of the organization as a key catalyst to attaining desired organizational direction. Students learn to coach and mentor those they lead as a model to develop accountability, recognition, and respect.
