Program Performance Plng

BUSN-6501

Students practice building programs that are made up of multiple projects. Various techniques are used to identify and forecast program related needs, risks, issues, and opportunities. Students learn how to structure projects in a program in an integrated fashion so that the ensemble of projects complement each other. Precursors are established so that critical areas such as technical, schedule, and cost performance can be monitored and controlled throughout program execution. Students also employ financial, contractual, and systems thinking skills to build sound program plans, processes, and strategies.
