In this course, students use financial analysis to evaluate organizational performance. Students calculate and evaluate financial reports and ratios, drawing recommendations for improving performance from their intemporal and cross-competition analysis. Students use optimization and simulation techniques to model the impact of changes on the organization's financial performance. Students develop budgets for new products and ventures using sound principals and techniques, evaluating capital sourcing options and costs.Â
